The website contains the following information:

A list of sub-topics of machine learning research and corresponding PASCAL experts ready to provide consultation and expertise to industries. The list contains application oriented topics such as speech processing, image processing, time series prediction, haptics, brain computer interfaces, etc; it also contains topics such as handling very large datasets, or very small datasets, or datasets with very large number of features, very noisy datasets, or problems that are expressed as sequences or trees, etc.
A list of typical applications that were indeed used in commercial products and that contain some machine learning expertise.

Selecting one topic from one of these lists enables to retrieve all PASCAL researchers that are experts in the underlying domain and ready to do some consultancy on that topic. When a researcher is ready to provide some software related to the given topic, it will also appear there.
